    1. *UPDATE: The PM’s spokesperson also said:*

*“You’ve got the prime minister’s language, which he absolutely stands by in relation to the previous government’s record.*

*“And you don’t have to hear it from the prime minister. I think you could ask people up and down the country of the impact of previous economic management on mortgages, on inflation.”*

*Asked whether Starmer had any plans to moderate his language about Truss, the spokesperson replied: “No.”*

Hasn’t she heard of parliamentary privilege?

She probably should have given that’s probably one of the few reasons nobody tried claiming from her re: crashing the economy.

So when the economy tanks thanks to Reeves’s budget, Truss can say the same. Childish, pathetic bunch, the lot of them.

    4. Well it’ll be a decent distraction when in the next few months we can talk about how Reeves has crashed the economy.

Much like his commentary on darts when being accused of being a paedo by Musky, I appreciate his chill denial of right wing drama.

Good and let the right wingers on X cry about it. They genuinely think she was ousted by the establishment and didn’t crash the economy.

    7. She didn’t crash it!

She just used a large wall to stop it suddenly and accidentally took the front bumper off.

Letter days stop, your hurting my feels. Police will arrest you for hurting feels.

    9. Starmer not engaging with controversy is a breath of fresh air. Ignoring Musk, carrying on calling Truss out for the damage she did, and not stooping to Badenoch’s level at PMQs when she insists on licking the boots of fascists is what we really need, rather than consistent soundbites and nonsense statements.

He’s far from perfect, but at least there’s some form of maturity in government at the moment.

    10. Truss is like a middle aged person on Facebook trying to convince everyone she knows her Ex partner was the problem.

Liz was suspected to be as thick as shit before she became PM, then she became PM and proved that correct.

I wonder if Musk will try to use Truss to undermine Starmer? May as well have two useless tossers work together to form the ultimate useless tosser.

That’s fine. And Elon can keep saying he’s complicit in pedophile enabling. Right?

    13. “Because a viable claim for defamation only arises with the publication of false assertions of fact, **truth is a defense** that can be and commonly is asserted in court.

**Substantial truth** is the recognized standard. Absolute truth is not required. So long as the statements at issue are substantially truthful, minor inaccuracies alone are insufficient to support a claim.

**Generally, for a plaintiff to succeed in a defamation lawsuit, the statements at issue must at least be capable of verifiable falsity**. Therefore, even if a statement is false, if there is no method of proving the statement to be false, a defamation claim will be difficult to pursue.”

Every time he talks about truss I look at the cost of borrowing and see it’s even higher. Not the win Starmer thinks it is.

On the balance of probability, I suspect it would be a lot easier for him to prove that she did, rather than she proving that she didn’t……

    16. Suing the PM for opinionated statements is just stupid regardless of what libel law says

    17. I mean she’s still blaming the Bank of England for not repeatedly warning her that what she and Kawazi were doing was beyond stupid.

Oh wait they did warn her, repeatedly and when her mini budget blew a 50 billion pound hole in the economy it was the BoE who filled said hole with cash from their emergancy fund…

Tell you what Liz if you, your flunky Kawzi and your “friends” who shorted the pound all pay back the economic damage you did or goto Jail for the rest of your worthless days then you can complain about people blaming you for your treasonous actions.

I’ve been in a depression dumbass phase for the longest time..

How did she fuck it all up?

      Please dumb it down

      Thanks
