I have a question for the people of Murcia, I have been looking at Google Maps by chance and I have seen that in the city of Murcia there is a change from tall buildings to single-family homes with what I think is vegetation and agricultural industries.
What is this phenomenon due to?

Yo vivo en ese círculo!!! Es la huerta murciana auténtica que (milagrosamente) ha sobrevivido al paso del tiempo. Estas pedanias (La Arboleja, La Albatalia, El Rincon De Seca, La Raya, Era Alta, Aljucer…) están a un paso del centro pero son todo carriles y bancales así que suele estar todo muy tranquilo. Todo es parte del municipio de Murcia.
Simplemente a que la autovía A-30 hace de barrera para el crecimiento urbano.
