New Zealand house prices are declining at a slower pace, signaling that a modest recovery may be imminent as interest rates fall, according to CoreLogic New Zealand.
Prices fell 0.1% in January from December, when they dropped 0.2%, the property agency said Friday in Wellington. Price declines have been modest since August, after a 4.1% drop in the preceding six months.
