I mean he is beautifully qualified to join the government right? A fake Christian grifting liar who sexually assaults women. He will fit right in

    2. People there right now are richer, dumber and more tolerating of sex offenders.

      But only slightly.

We deported that American who was pretending to be a Scottish lord who got nicked when he caught COVID?

I thought you couldn’t get into America with bad credit. If Brand has criminal proceedings pending, how has he not been told to rack off?

Edit: Ohhh, Trump’s just got back in. Makes sense. Coincidental indeed.

In most circumstances, this would be a case of ‘see you prick, give my love to Piers, don’t call’

But I do want justice for his victims.

Problem is the Trump groupies and maybe the man himself are endeared to him (and despise the UK).

They’ll just see him as a tool in part of their war against wokeness.

    6. How can he move to America? One of the first questions they ask on a tourist visa is “have you ever been arrested?” – and if you have you need to explain all the details.

He has been arrested, questioned under caution, and is still awaiting a decision from the CPS. He is also facing a lawsuit in New York.

There is a good chance he has lied on any visa application which would make him an illegal immigrant…

    7. Should have been barred from leaving the country. Should now only be allowed to re-enter if its straight to jail

    8. It is interesting how the groups trying to make a political football out of rape gangs are the same groups willing to count known sex offenders among their ranks.

    9. Moving to the US to continue the grift and escape consequences for your actions. Also known as the Andrew Wakefield move.

    10. Funny how Brand switched from wokey lefty peace guru to right wing conspiracy nut job immediately after the allegations against him came out.

Seeing him now compared to how he was is shocking. I actually didn’t believe it. Just thought he was an easy target. The complete change in his ethics is so transparent. The running away. He fully understands what’s coming and he’s preemptively safeguarded himself as much as possible. Grifters of a feather, flock together.

    12. Jesus, kick us while we’re down why don’t you. We don’t have enough problems already?

    13. No_Software3435 on

Bye, please don’t come back. Perhaps that’s why you’ve gone, to avoid being arrested.

    14. He is such a piece of shit, and the only people who didn’t realise that from the get-go are naive little fools who never got over being a teenage goth.

Have charges been filed against him?

If so then request for him to be brought back to the UK to face charges. If the authorities refuse then proceed from there.

This is a clever move by Russel Brand, try to have Trump and his cronies block any extradition requests from the UK government should he be charged by playing on the truth teller turned born again Christian evangelical angle.

Apparently he went out for the election and just…didn’t come home.

He’s got an entire studio he built in Oxfordshire that he built to run his shows out of so this move is very clearly a tactical move to avoid legal action.

It’s crazy. I did legitimately believe he was this left wing hippy guy. Now he’s eating steaks with Trump and baptising people. Insane.

    18. On_The_Blindside on

What a complete coward. “I’ve done nothing wrong….but I’m going to hide over here in case you can prove I have”.

      Pathetic.

How do these people just decide to move to the USA? Most people have to have a path to getting a residents visa, work or marriage or investment. I can’t for a moment imagine he’s got there on an extraordinary ability visa.

    20. Eh, considering he has a wife and a child, I’m not so sure I’d believe this – unless he’s forcing them to abandon family, school, etc. Brand is also very close with his mum, so I’d be shocked if he left her for the states.

At this point, given he’s made a fuck load of money over the years from radio, standup (at a time when it was very lucrative), TV, and film, the smartest thing he could do is move abroad and just retire with his family. The man’s too fucking stupid for that though, and he’ll just grift and do whatever to feed his ego. It’ll cause irreparable harm to those he cares about, but if it means he can be pals with Joe Rogan and continue to sell crystals that stop WiFi and COVID to idiots then he’ll put them in harm’s way.

So yeah…maybe he has moved to the States…

Makes sense, Americans are more likely to buy his bullshit 5G blocking amulets. That don’t block 5G at all.
