      It seems like anything and everything that was caused by or influenced by DEIA is being affected regardless of what it was. So if you hired a dog because of DEIA, that dog would be affected by this.

      Recently finished reading How to Lose a Country: The 7 Steps from Democracy to Dictatorship. In the book, Ece Temelkuran, writes about her experiences watching the rise of Erodgan. As she stresses, women are the first group to be targeted on the slow match to authoritarianism.

      Throughout the book, she is routinely referencing and observing events in America. It is actually quite scary.

      These women didn’t make it into leadership roles because they were women. They made it in because they’re leaders. Let’s not tell our daughters that what’s between their legs is more important than what’s between their ears.

      At the start of January I took my 7 year old daughter to Kennedy Space Center. She was so excited to see everything on all the women working at NASA. It’s such a shame that people think these kinds of actions are required.
