So the time has come to say truths about Dragons den and Leon Johne.

For those who do not know me, I am the founder and CEO of Myroomie, a platform that started from cohabitation and evolved into Laas.

Before we went to the show, we obviously signed a contract which is available to anyone who wants it and which was clearly in favor of investors and production. I expected it, so what we looked inside was mainly ownership, patents, rights, etc. which were safe.

He said, among other things, that if after the On Screen Agreement the investor after Due Diligence decides that he was not in the interest he could leave unilaterally. Okay, anyway I asked for the show (type 20k) because I was not so interested in investing (anyway we go for most) but I wanted to build a “success story” on the screening.

The problems start when two months after the episode was promoted in March (and while I knew in November that I had a deal) I had no communication from production and I contacted me and I told me yes of course Leon is waiting to get him, how to get him without him I don’t know of course.

He is inspiring, we communicate, I tell him that I am Poland (I was working then) but he tells me the terms of the contract say to be Greece (they did not say it) OK I say, I resign and come.

I finally get permission, close tickets immediately and come in Greece, and from my joy, the first appointment is pistol, second we say it closely ready in my style and my techniques and my rhetoric to impress and with a solid business plan so Otherwise ready.

A couple of minutes in the conversation I see him negative and super dismissive and he has never happened to me, that is, even if someone thinks you say at least he listens first and believe me in very big names and I always ask for feedback in the end.

So it starts starting “I see a man depressed …” “He tore me there, I knew everything else I knew, I didn’t know. Anyway we said it a little about marketing, a little about sales.

We kept in touch where we discussed very very superficial things such as funding but not investing or finding a co -ordinator, etc.

It was so until last year that I was re -eaten with news about our plans and asked for a final answer where I got it. I am not interested in good luck.

The suspects start when I say OK thank you blah blah, send me a mail in writing where you tell me that you are not interested and the reasons why I too should obviously inform existing investors. There he started phones and messages to tell me that I don’t need it and that he will do more harm to me and that. Note that Due Diligence never did, while the contract wrote how it should.

Fast Forward and I’m talking to people from Dragons den who would invested and learning that he has almost not put it anywhere.

In fact, some people tell me about personal attacks and war while others tell me that production now admits that Leon has financial problems and is nowhere to be investing.

It is not 50k at all, we took them out with more than elsewhere and even with a smaller Equity. It is that we little ones, off -networks and without sleep, are punished when we make mistakes or molluscs and right, we are always accountable when some people are in the restless.

Not just because of money, but because they sell hope. How many people did I see on social celebrities because they thought they would get money and then ran.

I am afraid of posting this, I am afraid of me, for the business, for investors. I’m scared because I’ve heard bad things.

It is unfair in itself to be afraid of someone who writes the truth but this is the world we live in.
