- Several new attractions and amenities are coming to Panama City Beach.
- These include a new skate park, pickleball courts, and an Irish pub.
- These openings are in addition to the highly anticipated Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show and TopGolf.
PANAMA CITY BEACH — Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show and TopGolf are coming to Panama City Beach and getting much attention, but Visit Panama City Beach wants to remind people about other debuts on the calendar.
Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show recently announced that tickets have gone on sale for dates starting June 1. A grand opening has not yet been announced. TopGolf broke ground in September, with a grand opening expected this summer.

Edward F. Hickey Jr. Park (now open)
Edward F. Hickey Jr. Park at Beach Access 22 on Surf Drive was recently converted into a new ADA beach access point.

”A new accessible viewing platform is scheduled to be added later this year,” a Visit Panama City Beach news release says. “All features at Edward F. Hickey Jr. Park are designed to accommodate those with mobility challenges.”

Frank Brown Park Skate Park (Summer 2025)
“The park will be a state-of-the-art facility designed for skaters of all ages and skill levels, with plans for multiple skate lanes and various riding areas,” the release says. The park is at 16200 Panama City Beach Parkway.

Frank Brown Park Pickleball Courts (Opening 2025)
”Frank Brown Park continues to grow its amenities in 2025 with the addition of 10 pickleball courts, adding a fun and fast-paced option for players to enjoy this increasingly popular sport. Construction is expected to begin in August, with completion in late 2025,” the release says.
McGuire’s Irish Pub (This month)
Panama City Beach will be home to the third location of McGuire’s Irish Pub. The others are in Pensacola and Destin.
“Celebrated for its lively atmosphere with more than one million signed dollar bills hanging from the ceilings and walls, McGuire’s Irish Pub will serve up delicious food, drinks, and live Irish entertainment,” the Visit Panama City Beach press release says.
