Short answer: No
Long answer: Your best bet is to visit “Kidobani”, in the underground floors there are plenty of Video Game stores, Next to Kidobani is the “Panda mall” where there are stores with PSP games.
If you are into Older stuff, your best bet is Facebook market or mymarket dot ge

We don’t have a culture of retro gaming. Mostly because what a lot of people consider “retro” – NES-PS2 period, frankly did not exist here in a legal capacity.
All of our games pre-PS3 were bootleg copies, so no frame of reference exists for most Georgians in terms of legally obtaining retro games, everything was bootleg. Even for that generation, most kids went with 360 because it was easier to flash and burn games for.
We didn’t even have a gateway to Nintendo hardware until the mid 00’s and even then, it was super expensive and only middle-to-upper class people could afford it.
