The biggest difference would occur for those planets that had multiple moons. Next difference would be for double-star systems.
If you want a fun read that explores a planet with many suns, read Isaac Asimov’s “Nightfall”. It’s about a planet that has 6 suns, and their orbits are such that the planet never experiences night – except for a rare alignment every 6000 years.
