As the father of a daughter, if in charge I personally would see that every rapist, if found beyond reasonable doubt guilty, would hang.
These occurrences of false claims make it truly harder for real victims of rape who go through such pain and anguish.

Good luck getting rape cases ever tried properly if those caught fraudulently claiming rape are not dealt with just as rapists are supposed to be.
Making a false allegation like this should itself be a sexual offence detailed on a public register, men have the right to know who she is and should be avoided.
How will rape ever be taken seriously by the forces supposed to prevent and punish it if there are no repercussions for somebody like this? She needs to be in prison, or the message you are sending is appalling.
People who make false accusations (proven to be malicious and false) should serve the same sentence as the accused.
