Figure02 argues it is the first of its kind AI robotics company. It says that it is now emphasizing on its own technology instead of focuses with its OpenAI collab. Reportedly, it can use contextual language understanding techniques to undertake takes like preparing simple meals without guidance, and cleaning chores around the house.
Figure02 believed that its humanoid robots can adapt to changeable and unpredictable environments by quickly processing visual information. As simple as this sounds, it is seeing a lot of competition like Tesla and Apptomatik.
If you are ever in need of assistance (or not), will you want this – why or why not?

in 5 years maybe this working without too many problems.
but good luck to early adopters , this thing will probably be a hazard a few too many times. (leaving a stove turned on empty, leaving gaz burner on, setting micro waves way too strong or messing up the time… )

We are obviously going to have humanoid robots before full auto drive because it can almost always be put passively into a safe state at all times, and the speed/purpose means you can always a man in the loop or at least let it call for help without killing people.
It feels weird but thinking about it, it seems plausible.

I think the manufacturers sometimes overthink about the requirements of a robot. We don’t really need the robots to talk, we need them to complete tasks.

But when will it be able to remove household objects lodged in people’s rectums?

As someone who struggles with house work and has 4 German shepherds I need one.

If I was a multimillionaire of billionaire enough to buy this I wouldn’t feel safe unless it was placed inside a newly constructed isolation cell for safe experimentation.
