How is Brazil worse than a sanctioned country under war?

Vietnam is gaining wealthy individuals because Russians are fleeing there. Same deal in Thailand and Montenegro.

It’d be nice to be able to see what time period this is using, like 2024 to 2025 or 2010 to 2020. That would contextualize a lot of it.

One might think that the countries gaining more wealthy individuals have lax laws for them.

To be fair to Russia, their wealthy individuals have a bad habit of falling out of windows

I prefer to live in a dictatorship than in Brazil. Hope to leave soon.

Russia’s losses are mostly due to billionaires being so clumsy around open windows.

What defines a wealthy individual?
A percentage of what – people? GDP?
Am I missing a legend?

What do you expect, where ever land is not fruitful people will leave let be for the reasons of taxing the people down to their skin or be it war, crime, incompetence or just the regular corruption politicians which sums up all of the above
Look at any of the reasons people run from a country and the root will always be money, their greed for it chases people away

The flaw is in sample size. If Viet Nam has 10 wealthy people and they go 20, then they have had 100 percent increase. However if Canada has 100 wealthy individuals and go to 150, then they only have a 50 percent increase, even though they created five times as many wealthy individuals.
