No surprise the court systems fucked if cases like this just go round and round for years, sucking up time and money.
We’re a laughing stock. No wonder the boats won’t ever stop coming.

Kind of changes the headline when you read the story.
There’s nothing an immigrant can do that will get them deported. Nothing.
Why are the judges in this country obsessed with trying to keep every single migrant in the country regardless of what they’ve done?
I never see headlines from other countries saying things like “Serial child rapist allowed to remain indefinitely due to his dog being ill” but they’re ten a penny here.
