Astronomers discover 2,674 dwarf galaxies using Euclid telescope

This looks like very good science.

It should answer some of the questions raised by the recent survey of the dwarf galaxies surrounding the Andromeda galaxy, which had more active star forming regions than the dwarf galaxies surrounding the Milky Way. (I think. I have not reread the articles about the dwarves surrounding Andromeda.)
