This is so stupid. There’s no fucking stick or carrot to encourage Russia to agree to peace that aren’t on their terms. How about – if Russia doesn’t make peace by the end of March, the UK is ready to help intercept Russian missiles and drones over Ukrainian territory?
There’s a massive stick hanging over Ukraine if they don’t agree to a peace deal in that the US will stop providing aid. If anything, this just discourages Russia from agreeing to peace, and does nothing to actually help Ukraine.

As sad as I am for the state of my country (USA) I really don’t like that everyone is talking about help in terms of an “agreement”. The agreement now is that Russia attacks and Ukraine is invaded.
