Clay said although he is based in Boston, it’s important to meet people from every corner of the region.”My role is all about encouraging trade and investment between the UK and New England, encouraging science and innovation, cooperation and consumer protection,” said Clay. Those we spoke with told us they’re hopeful there can be a strong and lasting partnership between Vermont and the UK.”The Vermont Tech Alliance and others are working on solidifying and having Vermont as a fun, safe landing spot for companies that want to expand into America,” executive director of the Vermont Technology Alliance, Adam Locklin, said.
