SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), April 3 (SeeNews) – North Macedonia’s TTK Banka [MSE:TTK] said its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 61 denars ($1.08/0.98 euro) per share for 2024, lower than the 108 denars dividend paid out for 2023.
The lender will distribute 63 million denars from its 2024 net profit as dividend, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The bank booked a net profit of 108.3 million denars in 2024, up 2.9% on an annual comparison basis.
Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on April 1, at an average price of 1,997 denars.
