Netflix show Adolescence is prompting discussion on policy change in the UK regarding social media use and exposure to dangerous content by children.
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has met with the writers of the show, alongside charities, and young people.
“This isn’t something new which parents and children are discovering for the first time, it’s very real and raw because it is shining a torch on something which we all know has been growing for some time,” Mr Starmer said.
