As it expansion beyond its core management business continues, ATC Group has announced its latest acquisition. It is buying a majority stake in management, recordings and PR group Easy Life Entertainment.
The latter company includes Real Life Management, Easy Life Records and publicity and plugging firm Turn The Page.
According to its regulatory filing, ATC has acquired a 75% stake in Easy Life for a “net Acquisition consideration of £0.75m in cash, after netting off a post-completion dividend due to ATC of approximately £0.28m”.
It added that Easy Life’s annual revenues are around £0.51m, with an EBITDA profit of around £0.24m in its last financial year.
“This partnership will allow us to offer stronger services to our management clients, be more ambitious in our masters and label acquisition and grow our press services on a global scale,” said Jamie Osman, founder of Easy Life.
Previous ATC acquisitions include D2C firm Sandbag; live promoter Joy Entertainment and management company Raw Power Management.
Last year it also took 100% ownership of livestreaming firm Driift – which it co-founded in 2020, while in March it acquired majority stakes in Brighton music venues Concorde 2 and Volks.
ATC more than doubled its annual revenues to around £50m last year, with acquisitions playing an important part in that growth.
