      This is a Mail article so be aware that it will have a Mail take.

      However, there are legitimate concerns as to why we allow people from a lot of these places to come here and stay. Their culture is not compatible with secular western liberalism, they have low education and wealth, they have high levels of crime and they don’t add anything of value to the nation.

      Part of the reason why some nationalities are over represented is that they are mostly non-elderly adult men. If we compared non-elderly adult Sudanese (for example) men to non-elderly adult native British men the difference would be much less stark than in the article. Although obviously this does raise questions as to why so many immigrants from certain countries are adult men.

      I’d like to see the data for convictions. Number of arrests is rather meaningless in comparison.

      I also think that a version where it’s adjusted for number of men would be interesting, since men account for the vast majority of sex offences. Of course a group with a higher percentage of men will commit more sex offences than a group with a lower percentage.

      A simple criteria for visa eligibility should be ‘on the balance of probabilities, are they more or less likely to increase GDP/Cap’

      This would filter out a lot of people like this.
