What stands out to me is the misspelling of “total” to “tolal”, identical formatting with no official signatures or stamps, reused entry codes across unrelated tax years, etc. How can I verify if this is real?

I can’t really say for sure if this is forged or not but it doesn’t look like it.
“Total” isn’t misspelled from what I can see. It says “Totali” which from Albanian translates to “Total”.
Also, you can go here [https://arbk.rks-gov.net/TableSearch](https://arbk.rks-gov.net/TableSearch) and search the name “Tofaj”. I found a business called “N.N.SH. Tofaj” all the way down. If you click on it you can find more information like the unique business number and other things like that. Maybe you could try calling ATK (the phone number is on the website) and ask them if they can confirm the legibility of the numbers in the pictures.
FYI, the business seems to be inactive as of now.

Entry codes are repeated but you can see that the year and/or month is different. It’s for different periods. It shouldn’t be fake.
This looks legit. There are credentials of the officer who issued it. The only way to prove it is to go get a new one at the TAK. If you are the owner of the business, you can go personally and get it. Otherwise, you can authorize someone to get it for you. I am an accountant, let me know if I can help you in any way with it.
I can say that this looks legit, through ARBK I could find a business with the same name, Unique number and location in Deçan, I saw your other posts, if you have any questions or if I can help in any way don’t hesitate to ask, I have some business experience.
