In November 2019 the Serbian government claimed that Ghana withdrew Kosova’s recognition. However today on April 2025, the Presidential Envoy of Kosova, met with the President of Ghana to reaffirm bilateral relations. After Sierra Leone, now Ghana claims to never have withdrawn recognition!

As of right now there are eight (8) countries who revoked their recognition. One of those countries, **Papua New Guinea**, is very doubtful. There has never been a credible source that indicated that the country revoked its recognition. On top of it, the only ‘evidence’ there is, is that of Serbian MFA Dacic who verbally claimed it during a press conference. I hope the Presidential department will send an envoy to reaffirm our recognition.
