Most incoming calls from abroad (even other EU countries) are scams. Don’t pick up that will indicate the number is in use and target you with more. Block the numbers and if possible report.

this is probably someone’s number that got spoofed rather than a scam phone number.

There is a local scheme that scammers disguise their numbers using other innocent people’s numbers, when you ring back, they have no knowledge that their number was used in that way. The number in your screenshot could be a random generated Lithuanian number used as a disguise.

You might have missed a call from Google or Microsoft-what an opportunity. The person on the other end is very likely a Russian speaker.
