SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), April 16 (SeeNews) – The number of first-time passenger car registrations in Bosnia and Herzegovina inched up 0.4% year-on-year to 6,759 in March, the statistics agency said.
The total number of motor vehicles registered in Bosnia in March fell 0.3% on the year, to 8,993, the statistics agency said in a statement on Tuesday.
In March, 630 of all first-time registered passenger cars were new, marking a 16.8% annual decrease.
The largest number of newly registered vehicles in terms of fuel type was petrol (52.8%), followed by diesel (35.3%).
In 2024, Bosnia recorded 84,928 first-time passenger car registrations, a 23.8% increase over 2023
