SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), April 16 (SeeNews) – Bosnian microlender MKD Credis said it will offer to investors 2.5 million marka ($1.45 million/1.3 million euro) worth of fixed-rate three-year corporate bonds on April 23.

    The lender plans to issue 25,000 bonds at a price of 100 marka apiece, equal to their nominal value, MKD Credis said in a filing to the Banja Luka bourse.

    The bonds will carry an annual coupon rate of 6%.

    At the latest auction of three-year corporate bonds held in December 2024, MKD Credis secured 2 million marka, in line with target.

    MKD Credis is a Banja Luka-based provider of small retail and business loans.
