SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), April 17 (SeeNews) – North Macedonia-based drug maker Replek [MSE:REPL] said on Thursday its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 400 denars ($7.4/6.5 euro) per share for 2024.

Replek will distribute a total of 95.2 million denars in dividend from last year’s profit, the company said in a bourse filing.

Replek made a consolidated net profit of 224.2 million denars in 2024, down 20% on the year. Last year, the pharmaceutical company carried out a 1 to 10 stock split without changing the company’s capital.

For 2023, the company distributed a gross dividend of 3,000 denars per share.

Replek’s shares last changed hands on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) at an average price of 15,821 denars on Thursday, bourse data shows.

In December, Replek joined the Skopje bourse blue-chip index, MBI-10.
