SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), April 22 (SeeNews) – The real net wage in North Macedonia increased by 4.4% year-on-year in February, following a 3.8% annual rise in January, the national statistical office said on Tuesday.

In nominal terms, the average net wage reached 43,053 denars ($800.7/697.6 euro) in February, up 9.6% year-on-year, Makstat said in a monthly report.

On a monthly comparison basis, the real net wage in North Macedonia went down 0.5% in February.

North Macedonia’s average gross wage came in at 64,634 denars in February, up 4.4% on the year in real terms and 9.6% higher in nominal terms.
