Should help Birmingham somewhat at least, the waste there can’t have been made by just those few homes meaning it’s flytippers using it as a convenient place to dump things.
Surely seize them and sell them, with the proceeds going into local communities?
If it’s a perfectly good van why crush them, besides appeasing rags like The Guardian?
Why not just confiscate and auction them? Seems a bit wasteful to destroy a perfectly fine working vehicle imo

Why not be legally allowed to acquire and sell off? Raises money for the council instead of costing them however much to have it crushed.
Good luck to whomever has to go to the caravan site to collect the van to crush…
