Alpha rocket suffers stage separation anomaly during launch of Lockheed tech demo satellite

The oscillation and rotation immediately after staging was a dead giveaway. Credit to GNC for eventually stabilizing the upper stage. However, I assume without the nozzle there wasn’t enough Δv to reach orbit.
