While away on holiday I went exploring around Lake Hāwea in Otago, New Zealand and found this little spot called “the neck”. This spot was only 20 minuets out of Wānaka and only about a minuet or so off the main road. I was trying my best to get the Milky Way rising out of the peak of a nearby mountain over the calm lake waters and feel I’ve done an okay job here.

    Great pic: 💚

    It’s just perplexing….

To think we’re ONE of HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of planets ‘dancing’ in just our galaxy alone.
