Instead of improving the quality of life of its citizens through open spaces, green areas, improved accessibility on foot and bike lanes etc, they resort to injecting people with drugs. This is the result of pig-headed self absorbed silver spoon kids who all of a sudden got put into a position of power and decided that with this power, all they want to do is get rich and fu*k everything else.

Why are people obese? If you ask that question, you’ll never get to his answer. Instead (like always), what’s the cheapest thing that we can do to give the impression that we’re doing something.

The drug has a multitude of other positive benefits besides weight loss and diabetes. The strain it would take off the national health system would be a benefit to everyone. High blood pressure, cholesterol, and infertility are just a few examples. My mother-in-law is on it ( paid for by her) she’s overweight due to her antidepressant medication. It’s changed her life for the better, including helping her mental health. I doubt they’ll hand it out to just anyone who’s overweight.”

These shots have their negative side, plenty of people reported issues with liver, gb, intestinal etc some even sever after using them. It’s not ideal for someone to just lose weight, maybe it’s justified for someone whose life depends on losing weight, blood pressure etc.
I’ve read that once you stop using them, the weight quickly returns unless they change their lifestyle.

Under no circumstances should we invest in pedestrian infrastructure, give kids healthy school lunches to build a lifelong habit of healthy eating and create open sports facilities for people…

cutting corners as usual. they rather inject people with a medicine that little is known about, with heavy side effects (imbasta covid vaccine was demonized for this), instead of promoting and actually doing anything for a healthier living culture. so, for example, if there was any little incentive for an overweight person to ditch the car and start walking a bit more, now that’s gone too because xorta there is the injection now, so why bother? how about improving open, green spaces first? or maybe promoting healthy eating and exercise? ah, sorry, we have free gym for teenagers, grazzi allura
