To think the homeless have access to shower facilities, hygiene products and a launderette. Oh and of course £2500 should they be found to be choosing not to use them.
Callous to the point of being demented doesn’t come close to describing the sentiment behind this one.
Yeah easy to say this is cruel until you have had to step over a homeless guy covered in his own shit and piss who has set up camp in the hallway you need to walk through to get to your car for the fifth time this week.
I sense this is why boris bought the water cannons.
