This is pretty terrible tbh. The author doesn’t distinguish between drug use and drug addiction, and often interchanges the two. Someone can drink alcohol without being an addict. Same with doing drugs. Also, some of the numbers are ludicrous. You’re telling me >90% of musicians are never doing drugs — including alcohol? That’s significantly lower than the general population and it’s never really addressed.
