I’m waiting for the phone companies to take down the lines. Many places they are still connected to houses and between lamp posts.
Wait, does norway just not have landline service in the modern day?
Wait till people hear about what we did with FM radio years ago…
When we no longer had a landline I was pregnant and the electricity went out for a couple of days due to a storm. After a while we no longer had mobile connection, which lasted for about 24 hours. Which was a pretty unsettling experience when 8 months pregnant. As there was no way of getting hold of an ambulance if something went wrong. Then I really missed having a landline..
