Lol. Issa. Ara veru ma hemmx x’tghazel bejn it-tnejn li huma.
So, the problem originated in 2000, as the ground was sold along with Tigne.
Disclaimer: I only want to spread information and am always down to listen to other views.
I did some quick checks:
– The deal was ongoing negotiations from the 1990’s.
– In the 2000 the Prime Minister was Eddie Fenech Adami (Nationalist Party).
– The Minister of the Environment was Francis Zammit Dimech (Nationalist Party)
– The vote passed under unanimous vote, 35 seats by the Nationalist Party and 30 seats by the Labour Party.
So, to be clear? – Is he trying to act like the hero for something which his party was part of?
Unfortunately both main political parties are in the pockets of the Maltese cabal composed of Malta’s leading business families such as the Mizzi’s, racketeers turned businessmen the likes of Caqnu. and Censu In-Nizz etc etc.. The Nationalist Party has forever been controlled by Malta’s business elite and the wealthy. Then along came invictus and his merry gang who prostituted the Labour Party in return for the total support of the cabal. JM pissed in the labour party well and transformed it into a latrine for all manner of NP opportunists and traitors. Meanwhile Ra has turned out to be worse than JM as far as bending over to appease the whims of the business cabal. That is why both leaders now sing out of the same hymn book when it comes to developers and the gobbling up of public land for peanuts. This is the same as happened with Chambrai, the illegally occupied seashore in Qawra by Angelo Xuereb for over 40 years, illegal extension of the Fortina hotel lido, the illegal transfer of Armier Lido without a call for tenders. When Labour moved motions in Parliament to sanction and bless such illegalities, the NP always voted in favour.
Today do not argue or waste time over the Labour or Nationalist parties but discuss the degrading state of politics in Malta and the corrupt, inept, sychopantic generation of politicians this nation has produced
