Duck suffers broken bill after ‘vile’ catapult attack

There are some sick people about we need tougher laws for attacks on animals the law is too soft on these peices of sh*t

It’s in the public interest the perpetrator is found. Often, people who unnecessarily harm animals later go on to harm other people. This is the time point where an assessment & intervention can be preventative, not later when the emerging psychopath has learned to associate enjoyment from inflicting suffering on a life.
