That is why the new concept brings more catering facilities, instead of classic shops, to bring life back to the heart of Banja Luka and has made it attractive for both citizens and tourists.

još zelenila bi bilo fino da se stavi ljeti dosta pomogne radi žege
Vidjeti ćemo na šta će ispasti kad se završe radovi.
Otišle radnje iz Gospodske u Delta Planet jer u Delti ima parking, a najveća sramota za prosječnog banjalučanina je izaći iz kuće i pješke hodati po gradu. Sramota je to jbg, ne poklapa se sa banjalučkim snom, kupljena diploma, kupljen njemački auto, članska karta Miline stranke, kupljen stan i sad čovijek ko budala pješke da ide hodati do grada, pa sramota je to u selu zvanom BL jbg
Koncept solidno izgleda, neobično je da ti centralni trg bude prazan i da nema kafića u “glavnoj” ulici. Samo bi volio da se određene zgrade u centru obnove u austrougarskom stilu, ružno je vidjeti niz fino ukrašenih zgrada i onda odjednom kocka sa 4 prozora.
Ne izgleda lose ali bih ja tu jos vise drveca i zelenila ugurao 🙂
Ugostiteljski objekti sa baštama na obe strane je bukvalno nemoguća misija. U gospodskoj i ovako bude gužva, ne znam kako je zamislio da ljudi prolaze kroz prostor taj prostor u sredini. Plan je prilično smeće. Mnogo šta u BL ima da se sredi, ali ovo je ipak teški promašaj
