What a piece of shit. $350,000 seems really low for having to endure 3 years of this shit, and who knows how much in lost revenue.
Judge should have put a ban on social media for the YouTuber. If you’re convicted of black hat hacking, it usually comes with a clause that you can’t use computers/ internet. If you’re convicted of using social media to fuck up someone’s life. You should be banned from using it in the future.
