    Or we can build them in space, and stop wasting resources on giant concrete monstrosities, that we leave to rot for the rest of time when we are finished using them. Our astronomers need to stop acting like it’s the 1600’s and get with the times.

    Ridiculous. I can easily see 50 stars in my night sky outside Detroit. Sometimes I can even see 57.

    It makes me incredible sad that in the south of the UK I can’t see the proper stats at night with all the light pollution. I wish there was a way we could schedule to turn off all the lights at once to see the milky way.
