I did a wee here yesterday
It’s not really public’s it’s a shopping mall restroom

Just go in the water and pee. No need to wait.
I think I was the one who posted originally about insufficient public toilets.
You have found a fantastic looking toilet. But its not public. Its inside a private mall which is not open during weekends or after hours. Its primarily meant for mall guests and shoppers.
And I think you misunderstood my and others posts. Its not the lack of fancy, good looking toilets we were talking about. The general availability of normal toilets which are available for public
