      Akrotiri isn’t part of Cyprus. It’s a British Overseas Territory. RAF Akrotiri is a Sovereign Base Area.

      If the Iranians really are planning attacks on Cyprus it shows just what a rouge state they are: imagine pissing off Russia, the USA, Britain, Turkey, Greece. Why hell probably even the Chinese go for the espionage and stay for the weather! It’s the kind of thing one just does not do!
