Trump regularly gave nearly 2h speeches in his rallies. Longer speech doesn’t mean better.

Because Clarence is the republican idea of a black supreme court justice and Jackson is a democrat version of a black supreme court justice. This is why republicans think DEI is stupid because when they do it they just get rubber stamps and guys who tweet support from the grave.
edit: Clarence is a bought and paid for rubber stamp for republican policies. It’s easier to say nothing instead of have to defend WHY you vote a certain way.. despite the fact that a better judge would be able to explain WHY they vote a certain way. Jackson is a better judge.

KBJ has something to prove to herself, the Court and the media and the culture.

Everyone’s taking the easy bait on Thomas, I’m here marveling that every woman outspoke every man. It *means* absolutely nothing, but it’s still really interesting for speculation.

Oh look.. the two who are the most predictable have their minds made up before the hearing even starts. Big surprise.
And yeah, the four women being at the top while the oldest man is at the bottom is kinda funny.

Damn, Clarence finally started talking! How many years did he go without saying a word?

A man who can express an idea in many words is smart; a man who can do the same in few is smarter. Speaking more is not inherently better.
Regardless, people should understand and respect the fact that each and every one of these justices are smarter than 90% of their critics, regardless of political perspective or how brazenly corrupt they are.

99% of KBJ words are about gender, blacks, black justice, blacks being “oppressed” by whites and “white supremacy”. *Mas puto*
People talking about it as if women don’t have to prove their worth twice as hard in the role. Of course they are putting in more effort, they are trailblazing. Goes doubly for Jackson and good on her despite the unfair double standard.
