  3. All the decades of pork-barrel spending on a manned launch replacement and still nothing, may have something to do with it. The private sector is the future of manned American human missions.

    As for superiority in space, China and Russia “won” the moment the shuttle was retired.

  6. Well, realistically what has Nasa really accomplished in 40 years besides get left in the dust of private companies while burning taxpayer dollars. It also wouldn’t be the first time they’ve had their budget slashed
