Hello everyone, recently I went to local spice shop and got myself a bag of Georgian adjika from there, used it as meat seasoning and was blown away how nice it was. Unfortunately the shop doesn’t have it anymore in stock, maybe someone know I can get this or same quality stuff online with EU delivery?
here’s picture of it
cheers.

You can easily make this blend yourself.
Its whole dried red chillies (chilli flakes will do too), coriander seed, garlic, some salt and fenugreek.
Let the chilli air dry for at least 2-3 weeks. Then blend them in a spice mill. Mix in crushed garlic paste, coriander seeds powder and fenugreek powder to taste. Add some salt to make it last longer and draw out the moisture from the garlic paste.
If you want it super dry, use garlic powder.
I make it myself, because I like mine ultra spicy, so I add some habaneros and those small south east Asian chillies.
you can try searching for it on this link if you dont want to make it up by yourself [tasteofgeorgia.co.uk](http://tasteofgeorgia.co.uk)
Growing up in the US I always thought I would get rich if I sold this and grew tkemali trees in the US since every American used to love it. You probably could still make pretty good money if you had the financial resources to market it properly.
