In oslo the 30 days ticket is ~450kr for students.
Public transit you get student discount 50%.
If you will study in Oslo you can save a lot on vegetable by buying at the middle eastern fruit markets. The Halal butcher’s also has cheap lamb and cheap chicken/beef.
However, housing for 7000 will be difficult to come by unless you get a subsidized student housing.
There is cheap chicken in rema, cheaper than fish. If you buy vegetables in asian stores is cheaper! Make sure to include some amount for other stuff like going out, even if you don’t do it often, so that it’s reasonable
