    > “So I thought the work that was done was wrong, but look, we have moved on.”

    But why Nigel?

Because your paymasters are fundamentalist nutters?

Xenophobic misogynist is also a homophobe.

    Anyone remotely surprised?

How wrong do you have to be where ***David Cameron*** has the moral high ground over you!?

Yes, I know that most Tory MPs voted against same sex marriage, but from what I can tell, Cameron voted in favour of it being legalised and I have to give the devil his due on that one. It’s the one positive thing that I can think that he did.

  4. A lot of trans people have been warning for years that, when the reactionary right-wing had been successful in turning the narrative against trans people to strip them of their rights, they’d be coming for the rest of the LGBTQ+ community to roll back their rights next. This is completely unsurprising to anyone who has even been paying the slightest bit of attention.

I’m 37 but I’m so exhausted of things in the world being ‘wrong’ because people ‘said so’ with no good reason. (Not Nigel specifically, just as a society)
It shouldn’t even be a thing; having to fight for things like this, among a plethora of similar things.

  6. Abusing your partners is wrong, but seems fine in his party. I don’t think he should be the arbiter of morals.

  7. TheCulturalBomb on

Ah, so he isn’t just happy with trying to regress society as it is. Go after the past. Cunt.

    I increasingly don’t understand Farage.

Though I might have never agreed with him, he did always come across as quite a canny politician who said what a lot of people wanted to hear, but there’s practically no opposition to equal marriage here. Why does he even bother coming out with this?

People are going to have to learn about holding their noses and voting for an imperfect option that can defeat a terrible option.

No “well they’re better than Reform in every way but one of their members said something I disagree with about one issue so I can’t vote for this party” stuff. Vote to ensure we don’t end up with this twat in charge.

Same sex marriage, according to the article he moans about it but says he won’t change it so not overly bothered by that. I think this is mostly him pandering to a certain demographic.

His position that cabinet ministers should “not be politicians” is absolutely fucking mental however. I don’t think we should be looking at the US system of democracy with envy.

Nigel’s code to a tea – “Something that doesn’t affect me and is therefore not benefiting ME, annoys me.”

  12. Useful_Resolution888 on

Of course he does, he’ll say whatever his evangelical American backers want him to.

  13. Another day, another glaring sign that this man is working for non-UK causes rather than his constituents in Clacton.

Reform are just MAGA wrapped in the Union Flag.

  14. Shockwavepulsar on

God move on man. It’s done. No one apart from absolute mentalists give a shit anymore. We’re not a puritanical Christian nation.

  15. Great to see religious fundamentalism creeping back into our politics.

I will keep saying it, if you support Farage or Reform you deserve nothing but contempt.

  16. Waken up people! “man of the people” is actually a radical right reactionary “cunt”

No redeeming features, no answers and no ideas.

  17. Unlucky-Public-2947 on

Of course he does, its the same right wing christian nutjobs funding him that funded Trump.

  18. Well I label frog-eyed mouldy carcasses called Nigel as wrong but here we are!

  19. This guy has no original ideas.. Just copying that nut case from across the pond.

    He is a cretin.

  20. Tell me you’re being funded by radical Christian groups without telling me you’ve been funded by radical Christian groups.

  21. Knightmare_CCI on

I don’t see his problem. If a man proposes to him, he can just say no.

  22. What is this obsession about controlling other adults sexual orientation?

  23. Nigel at this point is literally targeting the old 50+ vote and saying anything that they’ll go “in my day that would be a bloody abomination” too.

Wait till he eases cigs and alcohol

  24. Hyperbolicalpaca on

And this is why, lgbt people are afraid for our rights, when the leader of the most popular party, one which very well way become PM is saying shit like this, how can we not be

And yet, I’m sure there will still be people saying we are being dramatic, and that our rights are perfectly safe…

  25. domestic_ocelot on

The media needs to stop giving this decrepit and hateful cunt a platform.

  26. Madness_Quotient on

Nigel hates that you have rights. He’s coming for them all and he won’t stop.

As a 34 year old gay guy I really thought we had ended this discussion once and for all. Why do these knuckle dragging fucking mouth breathers want to reignite all these debates we put to rest already?

Can he please just fuck off to America and stay there? He clearly hates this country and its people as much as he loves America and Trump. So fuck off there and stop infecting us with this culture war shite nobody wants or needs. Seriously just go away. I’m tired of fighting all the time just to try and enjoy a peaceful quiet life.

He’s a truly repulsive human being. He’s spent 20+ years riling up people to be angry, stoking culture wars, dragging this country backwards, making us poorer, tarnishing our image and respect around the world. He’s a treacherous, traitorous bastard. He should have been exiled to an island somewhere far away where nobody has to look at or listen to him. Vile pathetic toad of a man.
