    1. Congratulations, cousins. May this also happen to my country, Hungary; we’ve been losing people. Valuable people.

Well, the gap between the countries has drastically reduced, altough in Germany the salaries are higher the cost of living is also higher. Also, germany has many internal problems at the moment

I could never understand why would any foreigner, especially a Pole,  want to live in Germany.

I have a German colleague who would like to move to Poland but is afraid of how he would be seen there. I found it very interesting.

    5. Germany is not really that good of a country anymore imo. It had higher homelessness per capita than the US and very high levels of mental health issues, suicide etc

    6. Migration is seldom a steady curve but somewhat oscillating. In times of recession and little job openings, the pull factor is reduced. Furthermore, there are simply less young Polish people (hence less emigration), but more old people going to retire in Poland.

    7. What you mean? Those migrants they imported don’t want to work for the growth and prosperity of Germany?

I can only speak from personal experience, but I think this might be a lot of Poles that came in young years to Germany, worked and now going back for retirement to Poland. I know my family did. Lot of boomers might do the same
