Going to Kosovo this weekend, probably will pass the border by Sunday evening. Depending on the waiting time I’ll choose another border.
Are these times correct? I’ve been checking them last couple of days and they always seem to be quiet

Yes, it should be correct. The same numbers can be seen also on the ministry of internal affairs webpage (https://mpb.rks-gov.net/). Scroll down for the border influx/flow
highly unlikely, its the diaspora season and the borders are flooded with cars.
edit: turns out it might be accurate actually its source is the ministry of internal affairs.
