Looks cool but this is changing underdeveloped neighborhood to Airbnb nightmare which is basically ghost town off season

Did they build fake historical buildings on the left side? And now they’re pretending to have a historical street where only one building is authentic?
I support building new structures that match historical ones in style, but with materials that make it easy to differentiate between the historical and contemporary.
Do up (yes, more than) one street, property prices x 2 (in the wider area), stonks.

I recently visited Gdańsk for the first time and I really enjoyed it. The local guide was very proud of the city and it showed.
jeszcze by się przydało porównanie 1945/2014. a już najlepiej 1939/1945/2014.
I personalny hate it. Lot’s of so called “patodeweloperka”
