Pretty unsurprising when you consider that next year they might need to work together.

He seems to forget he said Trump was making “racist attacks” on the UK back in 2008 in an OP for Time magazine he wrote.

      >Since then, **Trump has barely concealed his racist attacks** on the U.K . In November, he shared a post by fascist hate group Britain First from his official Twitter account.

      He also said about Trump:

      >**Trump is not only a woman-hating, neo-Nazi-sympathizing sociopath**. He is also a **profound threat to the international order** that has been the foundation of Western progress for so long. It is because I cherish and champion those values that this Friday, I will march with London against Donald Trump.

It’s funny to see him try and row it back now.

This is the same main stream media who will report on so and so being labelled such and such because some drip on Facebook has done so. Doesn’t really mean an awful lot.

There is so much WTF in the world today, we don’t need more. Lammy is an idiot and a traitor. talk about selling your soul to the devil.

Hilarious. He’s going to be elected and every single one of these right on, PC types who belong to Labour are going to be kowtowing before him

Ahhh I love the video of him claiming being in tottenham all day & not seeing a policeman, while there is one standing in the background. Man is a gobshite.

      Labour in 2024:

Rebecca Long-Bailey retweets a Maxine Peake interview that criticises Israel mildly = Instantly booted out

Donald Trump? Nice guy, very misunderstood, not a racist bone in his body

Trump derangement syndrome… I’m starting to believe it’s an actual thing

To be fair, he never bombed any brown countries…they have a higher opinion of him than most presidents.

“David Lammy has previously called Mr Trump a “neo-Nazi sympathising sociopath”.

But he has changed his tone in recent months and on Friday said he would find “common cause” with the de-facto Republican nominee for president.”

Seems fair to me, he’s called Trump out, but is taking a more diplomatic tac given the likelihood he’ll be consucring diplomacy with the US in the near future. It reads to me like international diplomacy 101.

I read “more calls for Labour to reduce their chance of winning or to make governing harder”.

I am starting to despise elite activists with zero interest in actually winning and governing.
